Lost Package Policy: Most packages are shipped within 48 hours and tracking numbers via the carrier are emailed when when email addresses are listed with the order. We do every thing we can to provide fast delivery of your package and to keep you informed of a timely delivery. However, we can not be responsible for packages lost, delayed or misplaced by any carrier. To ensure proper delivery of your package, please include your phone number in the additional address space provided at the check out as well as your email address for delivery notification. 
 
Refunds on Returns: We do not refund shipping costs or accept returned packages COD. Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Refunds are paid via PayPal unless specifically requested via check. Refunds are paid to the account who purchased the product and all refunds must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Additional PayPal money transfer fees may apply.

index.html guarantees all products leaving our facilities at the time of shipping are healthy and weed free unless stated. Once your package leaves our facilities we can not guarantee timely delivery of seed or plants. We recommend you purchase insurance on live plant packages. Tracking numbers for packages deliverable within the US borders are available when your email address has been listed and are available by calling Customer Service (1-866-No-Mow-Grass). For International orders please contact your local NoMowGrass Dealer.

index.html has a Quality Commitment to you "Our Customer" to sell only products of the highest quality. Occasionally there may be instances in which a product does not meet your expectations. In that event our warrantee applies to our seed. In the case of products or seeds, labeled or manufactured by companies other than index.html --- the individual warranty or guarantee of that specific product applies.

Due to conditions beyond our control we can not guarantee anything other than our grass will sprout as described when watered on a regular basis and that your grass seed is for your zone and climate. Please check to make sure your seed purchase is for your zone and growing conditions prior to purchase.

Subject to the limitation of liability herein set forth, our company warrants that the seeds or plants sold are as described on the container, within recognized tolerances. LIABILITY ON THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SEEDs or plants. In no event shall we be liable for the crop or lack thereof, or for any loss due to negligence, or the failure, impairment, or quality of the crop or varietals variance therein, whether such loss results from the breach of the foregoing warranty, from breach of any other provision of the buyer's contract for the purchase of said seeds or plants, or from any other cause.


NoMowGrass MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF SEED OR PLANT SOLD. The seeds or other merchandise are sold at the price quoted only upon the condition that the above disclaimer of warranty and the limitation of damages are part of the basis of that bargain and sale agreement. Seeds or pants not accepted under these terms should be returned within 20 days, in the original unopened container, and the Buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price paid. Buyer may at his choice receive a "replacement" item of the same merchandise or seed, providing that a replacement item is available.


NoMowGrass is a strong believer in working with a customer to resolve issues. We encourage you to learn more about our products and to contact us when you have a specific problem with a product purchased from our company. --- We will do our best to satisfactorily resolve any problems that occur. The specific sale of our products and acceptance by you the customer requires an agreement that any and all legal actions that may result as a part of any defect or other occasion, must be filed in the home state and county of index.html; I.E: State of Minnesota. NoMowGrass will act on your behalf to work with you in submitting your complaint to the manufacturer.

Seller's damages are limited to the purchase price of the seed or plants. Seller makes no other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No refund or replacement will be made without return of proof of purchase and container. Refunds are limited to the price of the product. It is the consumer's responsibility to pay to return any un-opened products. Postal expenses are not covered and non-refundable.
